Which countries do you deliver to?
We ship to the USA, Canada, Australia, the UK and Europe (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland)
How long is the delivery time?
The delivery time varies, depending on where the order comes from and the current order load.
Order processing + shipping:
USA, EU, UK, CA: 4-10 working days
Australia: 7-16 working days
Where do I enter my discount code?
You will find the field for the discount code at the very end of the checkout, directly next to the order summary on the right-hand side.
Please remember that only one code can be entered per order as our codes cannot be combined with each other.
What if the canvas is damaged or I have received the wrong product?
Contact us within 7 days at canvaselement@gmx.de.
To make the process as smooth as possible, let us know all the important information about the product you have received: Order number, photos of the canvas, additional info if necessary.
